You are a valued member of Adams Electric Cooperative. You are considered especially important to our cooperative as part of either the member-volunteer list or Americas Electric Cooperative’s PAC. Or you may have received a special invitation because one of our employees recommended that you may be great addition to this event! As a thank you for being involved, we’re inviting you to join us during Co-op Month for Conversation & Coffee, with members of the board and executive team at Adams Electric.
Our new, open-house style breakfast event, is coming to you. Choose the date and location that works best for you.
- October 20 – Gettysburg District, 1338 Biglerville Road, Gettysburg
- October 26 – Shippensburg District, 10 Duncan Road, Newville
- October 27 – York District, 200 Trinity Road, York
Each event will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end around 11 a.m. Come for any portion of time that works for you! At these events, we’ll have coffee, continental breakfast items, a hotline safety demo (at 9 a.m.), co-op exhibits, and a space for you to speak with our co-op directors and executive team about what matters most to you. Anyone interested in potential board service for the co-op can attend a brief discussion at 10:30 a.m.
Also new this year – bring a guest membership! Do you know another Adams Electric member who might consider joining the cooperative as a committee volunteer or member of the PAC? Do you know someone who might want to learn more about our cooperative mission? Invite them to register for this event with you. (You may still bring your own guest. This is like an added bonus guest!)
Pre-registration for these events is required, as well as pre-registration for any guest. Members and their guests who pre-register and attend the event will receive a $20 bill credit as a thank you for participating!
